Prices
The prices of the flowers underlie seasonal and regional variations. This is normal. For EuroFlorist flower orders the prices in the shop are valid. Decisive is the labeling of flowers in the EuroFlorist flower shop which deliver your flowers.

In the prices the delivery fee of 6,00 Euro is included for a flower delivery in Germany. We charge additional 4,00 Euro for the administration. All prices include a tax of 7%.

Products
Actual flowers may vary depending on availability in certain regions. Pictures of extra items (i.e. vase, greeting card) represent the type of product available and the actual item delivered by the florist may vary.

Delivery time
In domestic deliveries we guarantee same day delivery Monday-Friday (if order is placed before 16:00) as well as on Saturday (if order is placed before 11:00). Please note that we can not guarantee delivery on Sunday or public holidays. If ordering a delivery for a Sunday or public holiday, the flowers – if nothing else is specified – might be delivered the day before or the next coming weekday. On weekdays we can most often offer same day delivery even though your order is placed after 12:00, when last delivery has been sent out to chosen city this option will no longer be available to chose. The delivery time might vary depending on the flower shops agreement with their delivery firm, though delivery most often take place between 08:00-20:00 on weekdays and 08:00-16:00 on Saturdays. EuroFlorist cannot guarantee specific time delivery, but we will do our best to accommodate our customers wishes. Our office is closed on Sundays and public holidays, during these days our office is unmanned. You can always contact us via email, and we will respond the following weekday or Saturday.

Delivery safety
The customer is fully responsible to make sure that the receiver’s contact information is complete and correct, possible delivery mistakes or delays are not compensated if lacking contact or order information. If not door code is specified the address information will be considered incomplete. When placing your order you have the possibility of choosing whether the flowers should be placed outside the door or delivered to a neighbor if the receiver is not home at the time of the delivery. Depending on the weather conditions the florist will decide whether or not it is possible to place the flowers outside the door (if this has been specified). If any of these alternatives are chosen EuroFlorist disclaims from all responsibility in case of theft. Delivery delays can occur if the receiver is not at home at the time of the delivery and alternative delivery options has not been chosen. If no alternative delivery option has been chosen, the florist often calls beforehand and delivery is often not completed until contact with the receiver has been established. Even if an alternative delivery option has been chosen the store might call the recipient if no other information is provided or if there is a possibility of door code and this is not provided in the order details. In some cases the florist might call the recipient the day before the delivery to make sure that the correct delivery address has been provided and that the recipient will be on the address on the day of the delivery. If ordered flowers do not get delivered on stated day, the customer has the right to cancel the order, assuming that the correct contact details were provided and that the recipient were available to receive the delivery.

Delivery methods
Our flowers will be delivered personally of a florist or their delivery service.

Secrecy
EuroFlorist will treat all information with confidentiality. The customers contact details must be correctly completed as we might need to come into contact with the customer. EuroFlorist will not dispense any information to third party without the customer’s permission. For more information, please read our Privacy policy.

Complaints
Please contact the florist that delivered the flowers (look for the name on the wrapping paper or address label) with your complaint not later than 24 hours after delivery. If you have any further problems, please contact EuroFlorist.

Fraudulent orders
All acts of deception and fraudulent orders will be reported to the police.

Miscellaneous
Downloading any material form the website is at your own risk.
We process e-mail and orders during our opening hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm).
