Personal Data
When an order is placed with EuroFlorist on our website, personal data supplied to EuroFlorist Deutschland GmbH is stored by us so that we can perform the service ordered and issue an invoice. As well as the data supplied by the customer, the IP address and time the order was placed are also stored with EuroFlorist.

EuroFlorist Deutschland GmbH never distributes or sells information to third parties regarding its customers whether an address, personal details or e-mail addresses. In the exception of legal cases where disputes are seeking to be resolved, EuroFlorist must comply with local laws particularly if the information is requested by the courts.

Fraudulent orders
All acts of deception or attempted acts of deception and fraudulent orders will be reported to the local police and law enforcement agencies.
